If you want to hide the Sheet Tab (as shown below) you can do that using Excel Options
Uncheck the Show sheet tabs checkbox from Advanced Tab of Options Menu
You can do the same through Excel VBA
ActiveWindow.DisplayWorkbookTabs = False
